Yellowwood Technologies, LLC is a separate legal entity from Y Capital Partners, LLC. The two companies have separate operations, separate infrastructure, and distinct mandates. Use of the Yellowwood platform by any capital partner does not create any relationship with Y Capital Partners, LLC, and Y Capital Partners, LLC does not receive preferential or automatic access to dealflow submitted through Yellowwood by other firms.
Eric Vest is the founder of both entities. This common founding relationship does not alter the legal or operational separation of the two companies.
